This study aims to determine and examine the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership, work discipline on citizenship behavior (OCB) at PT. Derma Beauty Indonesia. The population used in this were employees Indonesia with a total sample 55 respondents. is saturated sampling, which means that all members are sampled study. Data collection by using questionnaire. data analysis technique multiple linear regression calculate magnitude coefficient show (OCB). While feasibility test model shows variables together have significant effect results indicate that: (1) culture has OCB; (2) leadership (3) (4) against OCB.
